TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RODEO CHANNEL MOBILE APP

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using The Rodeo Channel mobile app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which are governed by the laws of Australia. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription and Membership
The App offers subscription-based membership services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined within the App. Fees are subject to change with prior notice. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18, to use the App and subscribe to its services.
4. Content Usage
The App provides videos related to rodeo activities. All content, including videos, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of The Rodeo Channel and is protected under Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Use the App for illegal purposes.
Upload harmful or malicious content.
Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

The Rodeo Channel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, except as required by Australian law.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
